Our offers are intended for individuals or legal entities over the age of 18 who are engaged in a strictly professional activity. If you are under the age of 18 and/or are a private individual, you are prohibited from using the SWISSPROVAPE.CH website and its products and services. In other words, the SWISSPROVAPE.CH website is exclusively reserved for vaping professionals.
In the event of debit or of collection aiming at the order of an unavailable article, SWISSPROVAPE.CH, is committed proposing a credit note or refunding the customer within 72 hours. SWISSPROVAPE.CH, makes a commitment to warn the customer who would have placed order of an unavailable article.
The products offered with the sale are those described on the site. The company SWISSPROVAPE.CH takes the greatest care in the presentation and the description of its products to satisfy as well as possible the information of the customer. It is however possible that non-substantial errors can appear on the site, which the customer acknowledges and accepts.
In any event, in the event of nonconformity of the delivered product compared to its description on the site, the customer will be able to implement the guarantee of conformity of company SWISSPROVAPE.CH which will carry out, if necessary, either with the exchange or the refunding of the price (in whole or part) possibly invoiced.
All prices are inclusive of VAT (including 8.1% Swiss VAT). We reserve the right to modify our prices at any time, without prior notice, but products are invoiced at the price at the time of the purchase order.
6.1 : Payment
The customer validates his/her order as described below. This validation entails acceptance of these general terms and conditions of sale. The customer interested in an article visible on the Swiss provape.ch site follows the following process in order to establish his order. After clicking on the ‘confirm’ icon and having checked the specifics of their order (colour, quantity, product, price, etc.), the customer validates the choice of product(s) selected by clicking. If the customer benefits from a special offer, they must first enter a code that has been allocated to them in the field provided for this purpose. When customers place their first order, they are asked to fill in a form containing the following information: title, surname, first name, full delivery address, email address, date of birth and telephone number. On this occasion, the customer creates a password. Customers may pay by credit card, postfinance or bank transfer directly on the site. Once they have validated their method of payment, customers definitively and irrevocably validate their order with the effects indicated below.
Secure payment by credit card on the website:
The customer confirms their delivery and billing address, the product and the total price. They provide their credit card number, expiry date and CVX code. Finally, they confirm their order by clicking on the ‘Confirm’ button.
Payment by postfinance or e-postfinance card:
Customers are redirected to the official postfinance website to make their payment and then to the swissprovape.ch website to confirm their order.
Payment by bank transfer :
Customers may pay for their order by bank transfer. In this case, the order will be sent immediately. In return, the customer agrees to pay within a maximum of 10 days.
6.2 : Default of payment
In the event of bank transfer not carried out under 10 days, SWISSPROVAPE.CH reserves the right to refuse to carry out a delivery or to honor a next order emanating from a customer who would not have regulated completely or partially one or more preceding orders. In this case, the customer will see himself blocked at the time of validating his basket.
6.3 : Verification of payments
SWISSPROVAPE.CH controls all the orders which were validated on its site. These controls aim at protecting SWISSPROVAPE.CH from abusive practices operated by fraudsters. Our services could be brought to ask you all the documents necessary to the release of your order: proof of payment, invoice...
To ensure payment security, the Swissprovape.ch website uses Mollie's secure payment service. This service incorporates the SSL security standard. Confidential data (the 16-digit bank card number, the expiry date and the CVX code) are transmitted encrypted directly to the bank's server without passing through the physical media of the Swissprovape.ch server.
When the order is validated: The payment request is routed in real time to the secure remote payment manager. This sends an authorisation request to the bank card network. The telepayment manager issues an electronic certificate which serves as proof of the amount and date of the transaction in accordance with the provisions of articles 1316 et seq. of the French Civil Code.
You can also make secure transactions from Postfinance and by bank transfer.
Customers who have already made a purchase on the SWISSPROVAPE.CH website can choose a password so that they do not have to fill in the order forms again for subsequent orders. A customer who has already registered is recognised on the site as a customer of SWISSPROVAPE.CH. The password of the SWISSPROVAPE.CH customer is strictly confidential and personal. Under no circumstances may it be disclosed or communicated to anyone else.
If the SWISSPROVAPE.CH customer loses or forgets his password, he must inform the SWISSPROVAPE.CH site administrator at contact@swissprovape.ch as soon as possible. The site administrator will issue a new password within 48 hours, which will automatically replace the old one. In the event of delivery of a defective product, SWISSPROVAPE.CH products are warranted as follows:
SWISSPROVAPE.CH products, including and limited to: battery, USB charger, USB cable, wall adapter, charging case are warranted for a period of 3 months from the date of purchase. This excludes natural deterioration due to use of the product. Defective products will either be repaired or exchanged.
Cartridges, atomizers and clearomizers are consumable parts and are therefore not covered by any warranty.
Delivery is FREE from CHF 300 excluding VAT and without customs duties!
For all orders under CHF 300 exclusive of VAT, the buyer is responsible for the transport costs up to a fixed amount of CHF 9.9 exclusive of VAT.
Products will be delivered within 24 working hours if the order is validated before 1 p.m. on the day of dispatch, and if there is no slowdown by Swiss Post.
Please note:
Product delivery remains the responsibility of the buyer. We entrust orders to the Swiss Post. You will be sent a tracking number. We recommend that you contact Swiss Post to check that your parcel is being delivered and to investigate the causes of any problems that may have arisen during delivery.
If Swiss Post is unable to deliver the order to the address you have given us, it is your responsibility to go to the distribution centre to collect your order, or to call Swiss Post to reroute the delivery to the address of your choice.
