SwissProVape Delivery
SwissProVape relies on Swiss Post to provide efficient delivery services tailored to professionals.
Orders validated before 1:00 p.m. are dispatched for delivery on the next business day, with a reliable service and controlled shipping costs. Delivery scheduling allows reception to be adapted to your store’s opening hours.
Several options are available: early delivery (before 9 a.m.), delivery with signature, or Saturday delivery.

Any order validated before 1:00 p.m. is shipped the same day.
Orders validated after 1:00 p.m. are shipped on the next business day.
Order validated before 1:00 p.m
Delivery within 24 hours (D+1) from the shipping date.
Your order is therefore delivered the next day.
Order validated after 1:00 p.m
Delivery within 48 hours (D+2) from the shipping date.
After your order has been validated and shipped, a tracking number is sent to you by email and remains available in your customer account.
Parcels are delivered to the delivery address provided at the time of order, which may differ from the billing address.
Shipments are carried out from Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays.
⚠️ No shipments are made:
- on Saturdays (unless Saturday delivery is selected or Lune),
- on Sundays,
- on public holidays.

Customs fees
It’s simple: there are none! No additional fees will be charged upon delivery, as all parcels are shipped from Switzerland following the change in legislation on products containing nicotine.
You only pay the amount indicated at checkout on the website.
Returns
Each return must be notified in advance to our customer service department (contact@swissprovape.ch). You may also complete our dedicated return form.
A refund or exchange may take up to a maximum of 30 days.
