All payment-related exchanges are protected by SSL encryption, ensuring the confidentiality and integrity of the information transmitted.
Payment data cannot be accessed or used by third parties and is never stored in our systems.
Once the payment has been validated, your order is automatically confirmed and processed.
Payment with PostFinance
Transactions are secured through the protection measures implemented by PostFinance, including advanced encryption systems, multi-layer firewalls, and automated payment monitoring.
Banking data is fully encrypted during the payment process and cannot be accessed or used by third parties.
Once the payment is accepted, your order is automatically confirmed and validated.
Payment by bank transfer
After your order has been validated and this payment method selected, you will automatically receive your order number as well as our bank details.
The order is then prepared and shipped. Payment must be made within 10 days from the order date. If payment is not received, a reminder may be sent.
Bank transfers must be made exclusively in CHF.
