After-sales service support

To make it easier to process your request for a defective product purchased through our services and improve its tracking, you are invited to complete the form in full for each product concerned.

We will process after-sales service form submissions regularly so that you can be reimbursed quickly, and you will always be notified by e-mail when your request has been taken into account, provided that all conditions are met.

This convenient system helps you save time and stay organised throughout the process ! (and us too! :-D ).

Reminder: after-sales service applies only to defective electronic products that have not suffered any material damage, whether accidental or intentional, within 2 years from the invoice date.

Products that are not covered and are not eligible for after-sales service (outside the legal withdrawal period):

- products that have been in oral contact for obvious sanitary and hygiene reasons (unless there is a manufacturing defect or a fault upon unpacking that prevents proper use).
